Tourist from Kazakhstan who broke her leg rescued in Alamedin Gorge
A tourist broke her leg while descending in the Alamedin Gorge in Chui region on September 9.
The injured tourist was a citizen of Kazakhstan, born in 1988. She was hiking in the mountains with a group of 4 other people, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
5 rescuers were sent to the scene. The rescuers helped the woman get to the camp and handed her over to the ambulance workers on the night of September 10.
The other 4 tourists were not injured.
