Criminal probe launched against Tazalyk officials

The Bishkek Prosecutor’s Office checked the Tazalyk municipal cleaning enterprise.

The check revealed embezzlement of public funds via unlawful provision of 134.2 tons of fuel and lubricants for 7.179 million soms.

The prosecutor’s office found out the Tazalyk officials abused their power and issued illegal orders in 2022-2024, signing formal deals with the enterprise workers on use of their personal cars for official purposes, who used fuel and lubricants for personal purposes and in the interest of others.

The criminal probe was launched into power abuse and embezzlement.
