Both phases of Safe City project to start functioning soon – Interior Ministry

Both phases of the Safe City Project will start functioning in the nearest time, Deputy Interior Minister Adylbek Biybosunov said at the meeting of the Parliament Committee on Budget.

He reminded the Safe City Project was transferred under total management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“Our officers use drones now. It’s unfeasible to deploy traffic police officers everywhere on highways. But our officers use drones and see traffic violations. Such option is also integrated into Autouragan traffic violations recording system,” Adylbek Biybosunov stated.
