Kyrgyz team takes 2nd place in international street football tournament in Poland
The Kyrgyz national team took 2nd place in the international street football tournament in Wroclaw, Poland, for the first time in 14 years, President of the Kyrgyz Street Football Federation Turar Ibragimov reported.
In the final, the Kyrgyz national street football team lost to the Mexican team, who are multiple world champions.
The Kyrgyz team took 1st place in the group. They tied with the Polish team 4:4, defeated the Swedish team 7:3, won the Czech Republic with a score of 10:3, and defeated the Polish team with a score of 4:3.
In the quarterfinals, they won the Lithuanian team 8:4, then they defeated the Hungarian team with a score of 4:2 in the semifinals. In the final, they lost to the Mexican team with a score of 6:2.
