Coal delivery to social facilities has begun in Naryn region.

Coal is being actively mined at the Kara-Keche deposit, and it will be delivered to kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and mosques, with which direct agreements have been made.

To date, 2.254 million cubic meters have been cleared. For the fall-winter period of this year, the plan is to mine 950,000 tons of coal. Of this amount, 484,000 tons have been mined so far. There are currently three sections: eastern, central, and the new western section. A license for the latter was obtained this year, and a road was constructed over the course of a month. The open section currently holds 70,000 tons, with an additional 100,000 tons ready at the other sections. Additionally, there are 7,000 tons in storage, the local administration said.

In total, 100 units of special equipment are involved, including about 20 excavators, over 60 dump trucks, more than 10 loaders, as well as bulldozers and motor graders, said the district administration.
