Car with four people falls into canal in Aksy district, school student dies
A tenth-grader died when a car fell into a canal in Aksy district of Jalal-Abad region.
The incident occurred in Uch-Korgon rural municipality on July 22. The VAZ 2107 was driving along the Namangan canal when the driver lost control. The car fell into the canal.
There were 4 people in the car. Three managed to get out. A 17-year-old student died. The villagers later pulled the body out of the water.
The student who died graduated from the 10th grade of the local school this year. The funeral took place on July 22.
The next morning, rescuers pulled the car out of the canal using special equipment.
The Aksy district education department confirmed the information about the death of school student B.K., born in 2007. He was in the 11th grade of the S. Shatmanov secondary school.
