Two Bishkek university teachers detained for giving grades to absent foreign students for money
The State National Security Committee has uncovered a corruption scheme in the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
The Committee established that the two university teachers, for monetary rewards, entered the good grades in the examination records of foreign students who were abroad during their studies.
A criminal case was opened on forgery of official documents.
As of today, the relevant operational and investigative measures are carried out.
The university teachers were released on an undertaking not to leave.
