The Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic announced a repeat competition for the right to transfer land plots for the construction of renewable energy facilities — small hydroelectric power plants (HPPs). The competition will be held in Bishkek on June 24, 2025.
Competition lots:
- lot №1: Osh region, Kara-Suu district, Kyzyl-Tuu village, 6.97 hectares;
- lot №2: Talas region, Talas district, Kok-Oy village, Chon-Chychkan plots, Tuz-Ashuu, 43.15 hectares;
- lot №3: Chui region, Panfilovsky district, Chon-Kaiyndy gorge, 2.04 hectares;
- lot №4: Issyk-Kul region, Ak-Suu district, Karakol forestry, 4.57 hectares;
- lot №5: Chui region, Zhaiyl district, Suusamyr a/o, 1.2 hectares;
- lot №6: Jalal-Abad region, Aksy district, Arkyt forestry, 4.02 hectares;
- lot №7: Jalal-Abad region, Suzak district, Tesh plot, 0.2 hectares;
- lot №8: Chui region, Ysyk-Ata district, Syn-Tash Tuyuk plots, Bel-Bulak, 10.94 hectares;
- lot №9: Osh region, Alai district, Birinchi-Mai village, Kapchigai plot, 3.93 hectares;
- lot №10: Osh region, Kara-Kulzhinsky district, Oy-Tal forestry, 2.29 hectares;
- lot №11: Osh region, Kara-Kulzhinsky district, Chalminsky a/o, 8.4 hectares;
- lot №12: Osh region, Uzgen district, Changet village, 4.26 hectares;
- lot №13: Issyk-Kul region, Ak-Suu district, Zhergez forestry, 1.96 hectares;
- lot №14: Osh region, Nookat district, Chon-Kyshtoo village, Aldyke plot, 0.19 hectares.
During 2025, it is planned to commission 18 small hydroelectric power stations in Kyrgyzstan with a total installed capacity of 69.8 MW, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev said yesterday.
