The network of seismic stations of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry recorded a quake at 05:25 am, Kazinform News Agency reports.

It was centered 434 km southwest of Almaty in Kyrgyzstan.

No tremors were felt in Kazakhstan.

Earlier, an earthquake was recorded 253km southeast of Almaty.
