School for 150 students under construction in Batken village of Tayan

A school with a capacity of 150 students is under construction in the village of Tayan, Batken district, according to the State Construction Agency.

The walls of the educational building have been erected, and work is now moving on to roofing, as well as internal and external finishing. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The school will include a two-story educational building, a cafeteria, a gym, and other facilities. The total area will be 1,233 square meters.

Construction began in 2023 funded by the state budget.
