The leaders adopted a strategic partnership and alliance program for 2024-2034. This program aims to enhance cooperation between the two countries.

The leaders discussed increasing trade to $10bn in the coming years and agreed to adopt a separate program to address market mutualization and existing restrictions.

They also discussed new industrial cooperation and signed agreements worth $7bn in energy, logistics, construction, chemicals, electrical engineering, textiles, and agro-industry.

A joint fund will be considered for industrial cooperation and project support. Regional cooperation will be addressed through the establishment of a Council of Territories, with the first meeting planned for Samarkand in the autumn. Governments will set a schedule for mutual regional visits.

The leaders committed to joint projects in energy and infrastructure, including the Kambarata hydroelectric power station and new transport corridors. They emphasized modern logistics infrastructure and water management issues.

Cultural, educational, and tourism exchanges are ongoing, with events such as Uzbek cinema days and intellectual games. A plan for cultural and humanitarian cooperation for 2024-2025 and new educational initiatives will be implemented.

President Mirziyoyev invited President Tokayev to visit Uzbekistan for the second session of the Supreme Interstate Council. The meeting concluded with a commitment to further integration and cooperation in Central Asia and continued dialogue within international frameworks.
