Uzbekistan and Ernst & Young to develop Enterprise Uzbekistan Digital Technology Center 

IT Park Uzbekistan continues to expand its ecosystem with a wave of new companies focused on international markets and export growth. In June alone, 58 export-oriented companies joined the park, including 29 with foreign capital from countries such as Indonesia, Turkey, the UAE, Romania, Portugal, Hungary, and Japan.

These new additions are expected to generate 1,129 jobs within their first year of operation. Several companies have already set ambitious export targets.

Brazil’s GUARAQE will deliver software development, technical support, and product customization services to U.S. clients, aiming for $1.5mn in exports in its first year. RUBY TALENT SOLUTIONS, supported by investors from Portugal and Hungary, plans to generate $3.1mn by offering outsourcing services for remote recruitment and team management to U.S.-based businesses.

Romanian firm ACCESA is set to provide software development, IT consulting, and design services for clients in Germany and Romania, with planned exports of $2.2mn and up to 40 new jobs. Meanwhile, MONT TECH SYSTEMS from the UAE will offer IT consulting and SaaS services to clients in Tajikistan, targeting $8.5mn in exports.

As of June 30, 2025, the total number of foreign member companies at IT Park reached 776, with 206 located in Uzbekistan’s regions. The total number of export-oriented companies rose to 750, including 228 based outside the capital.

The increase in foreign and export-focused members underscores IT Park’s growing influence in the global tech arena and its strategic role in driving high-value job creation and international collaboration in Uzbekistan’s ICT sector.
