IT Park and D.Camp partner to boost startup ecosystems in Uzbekistan and Korea 

South Korea’s largest business process outsourcing (BPO) company, KSJOB Inc., is preparing to establish a local presence in Uzbekistan as part of its strategy to expand operations across Central Asia.

During a recent meeting with Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director at IT Park Uzbekistan, KSJOB Inc. announced the launch of a pilot recruitment program aimed at selecting 30 candidates from Uzbekistan. The company is specifically seeking individuals with C1-level Korean proficiency and the ability to type up to 200 Korean characters per minute.

With over 7,200 employees and a client base of 120+ companies across sectors such as finance, retail, and government, the company generated over $210mn in revenue in 2024. KSJOB Inc. is also known for its AI-driven technologies, speech recognition systems, and cloud-based CRM platforms, delivering omnichannel customer support solutions.

In addition to launching its pilot program, the company announced its intention to register a local legal entity in Uzbekistan, reinforcing its commitment to long-term operations in the region.

KSJOB Inc. representatives also shared positive feedback following their June 30 visit to the Fergana region, where they were impressed by the capabilities of local professionals. The visit, facilitated by IT Park, included meetings with Uzbek BPO firms already active in the region.

As part of its support strategy, IT Park Uzbekistan is working with KSJOB Inc. to train future BPO talent, with plans to introduce Korean language courses for Uzbek specialists in Fergana. Graduates of these courses may be eligible to join international projects managed by the Korean firm.
