Uzbekistan and South Korea signed a multilateral agreement on cooperation in the field of green energy during the Uzbekistan-Korea Business Forum held in Tashkent. The agreement marks a milestone in advancing sustainable energy initiatives between the two countries.
The forum, organized as part of the official visit of a delegation from Ulsan city, brought together more than 100 representatives from the business and government sectors of both nations.
Participants explored Uzbekistan’s investment potential across various sectors, including energy, electrical engineering, and tourism. Discussions focused on strengthening industrial cooperation and supporting the implementation of joint projects.
In addition to the plenary sessions, B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) meetings were held, providing a platform for concrete negotiations and partnership-building between Uzbek and Korean stakeholders.
The event reaffirmed Uzbekistan and South Korea’s commitment to expanding economic collaboration and promoting innovation in green technologies.
