A special feature of the project will be a unique combination of technologies: the facility will use Chinese equipment controlled by Russian software. According to General Director «Rakurs-Engineering» Leonid Chernigov, this creates an important precedent. «This is an interesting case: hardware — is Chinese, and automation — is Russian. We prove that we can offer effective solutions for mixed technical complexes», — he said. Thus, the project will demonstrate the flexibility and competitiveness of Russian developments in the international arena.

System «Skada», created in St. Petersburg, is a specialized software complex of the SCADA class. It provides dispatchers with an intuitive interface for monitoring and managing complex power equipment in real time. The development of this product required investments of about 35 million rubles.

The entry into the international market was preceded by successful testing and implementation of the system at key energy facilities in Russia. Before the implementation of the Uzbek project «Raskada», it will be deployed at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station, one of the largest hydroelectric power stations in the country. The company also plans to implement the system at the Sredneuralskaya State District Power Plant and the Balakovo NPP.
