Today we have agreed on the terms of reference for the development of a feasibility study for the project. In February, a joint working group will meet with representatives of international organizations to discuss further joint actions»,– said the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurzhan Nurzhigitov.
