Bishkek hosts tournament on army hand-to-hand combat

The tournament on army hand-to-hand combat took place in Bishkek among young men, juniors and youth, the mayor’s office reports.

The competitions are dedicated to the memory of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Najor-General Daiyr Asanov.

The tournament brought together more than 300 athletes and more than 20 teams from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia. The prize fund was more than 300,000 soms.

The team standing:

• 1st place – Boru Batken

• 2nd place – Scorpion (Tokmok)

• 3rd place – National Guard

Young people and juniors:

• 1 place – Kyrgyz State National Military Lyceum

• 2nd place – Jolbors Time

• 3rd place – Ak Bars
