GBAO, Rasht Valley districts are the first to fulfill their autumn conscription campaign targets

The Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) and districts of the Rasht Valley in eastern Tajikistan reportedly fulfilled theirs autumn conscription targets on October 1, the same day when the autumn conscription campaign was launched in Tajikistan.
